What do you like best about AntStack?

The AntStack team is full of fantastic development and design talent. With their passion for Serverless technology, and their attention to detail (both visual and technical), the solutions they build are both beautiful and reliable.

I've worked with AntStack across several partner engagements. Working with their team has been very easy and productive. Jeevan, Prashanth, and the rest of the AntStack team, work to understand the overall vision of each project and work to build against the business goals first and foremost. This strategy has produced applications and services that meet customer needs and deliver value from day one.

What problems is AntStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in partnership with AntStack.io to solve problems with my customers. As the services we produce at Vendia are often used as the backend for distributed services, AntStack's experience in front-end development, serverless architecture, and integrations with the Vendia Share platform give my customers an excellent avenue for solving problems. AntStack.io builds amazing frontend and backend systems leveraging our technology so that our customers can translate their vision into services that are reliable, well designed, and visually stunning. Describe the project or task AntStack helped with:

AntStack helped us in the selection of an appropriate technology stack when we wanted to venture into the development of a SaaS based ERP solution.

The process started with the selection of a viable language platform options within Serverless (Python / Java / NodeJS) via a performance benchmarking process that involved writing equivalent CRUD modules in each language stack and running performance and load tests in each.

AntStack helped us with the architecture, software development, software best practices and processes including unit tests, CI/CD, observability, deployments etc. - iterated over several releases, over a 1 year period (and continuing as of Jan 2021).

What do you like best about AntStack?

The AntStack team, starting with Prashanth and Jeevan, bring in a deep commitment to the client - they are more like partners in ensuring our success rather than merely a vendor. They bring excellent technical depth in Serverless implementation.

We could launch a SaaS based ERP product using their expertise in much lesser time than planned, which led us to enable GTM faster. Our AWS infra costs were also significantly lower because of their expertise and usage of Serverless as a tech stack.

AntStack team worked with us across the full software development lifecycle, they stretched where we all needed to, and were always patient with the market realities of demanding customers for our software.

Their billing process is transparent and they have been ethical in all financial aspects.

Each of Jeevan and Prashanth are recognized experts in their field ("AWS Hero"). This technical expertise comes in handy during implementation and for adapting the stack to our business needs.

AntStack also keeps us updated about the latest developments in the Serverless world and helps us with trying out the right add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AntStack?

AntStack team can add a couple of product managers in-house.

They are excellent in technical work, from architecture to implementation to deployment, however the team could benefit from an in-house product team being part of their development cycle.

Since their mindset is highly driven by commitment and ownership, having product managers to partner with the client would help them a lot since they go beyond mere consulting or delivery mindset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AntStack:

Whether you need AntStack to come in and do the entire heavy lifting of the technical stack selection, architecture, software development, deployments, and iterated releases - or you wish to bring them in for targeted consulting on Serverless topics that need a deep technical expertise, they are the go-to team.

You could work with them via an initial proof-of-concept to validate your assumptions and their capabilities and take it from there.

The promise of Serverless - much lower infra costs combined with reduced times of software development - those are brought into fruition via AntStack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AntStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creation of a SaaS based ERP product, from scratch, while tackling a multi-year massive roadmap - how do we use tech to our advantage by shortening development cycles and significantly lower the costs of development and hosting - AntStack helps solve these problems.

There is also the unspoken issue of vendor trust and credibility, coupled with a commitment to the client - here AntStack sets a very high standard - they are our trusted partners, and work for our success beyond just a contractor. Their employees have worked tirelessly to help Azuga succeed in our software development work.

Benefits realized are:

- Much lower infra costs in AWS hosting and service usage

- 2x faster development times

- Predictability in stability of deployed production codebase

We needed to outsource development of a blockchain solution for getting lost pets back to their owner. The block chain platform Vendia, is a newly launched serverless blockchain platform.
